Description

Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for a Financial PM fluent in English and French, for our Client, Societe Generale European Business Services.

The Role's focus is on Continuous Improvement and reports to EBS Head of Finance.

Role Responsibilities:

In charge of organizing SG EBS and offshoring projects regarding Finance activities: financial accounting, management accounting, regulatory reporting, account payable;

Responsible for organizing the projects and coordinating the resources involved either from SG EBS, SG Paris and local entities:

- Leads offshoring study and business cases;

- Coordinates work up to implementation, including process description, IT set-up, relation with HR, contract of service, training through work shadowing and parallel run;

- Follows-up the activities, manages the budget and report to the sponsor of the project, ensuring the respect of the objectives assigned to the project;

- Takes decisions on project implementation; has functional authority on resources dedicated to the project.

- Involved in process improvement projects in order to ensure an permanently upgrading of the processes within SGEBS and between SGEBS and the other entities.

Requirements:

- Strong background in Business Proces Offshoring, preferably in banking or finance area;

- Experience in coordinating expert people within international projects;

- Knowledge about accounting, controlling, regulatory reporting appreciated;

- Analytical abilities, reliability, result and quality orientation;

- Strong organization and result orientation;

- Good communication, interpersonal skills and innovation;

- Good IT/ Office applications knowledge (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint);

- Advanced level of English; French advanced

- Lean SixSigma certification and practice

Availability to travel in Europe from time to time depending on the projects needs, or for training reasons.
