Customer Service Representative – IBM Czech Republic, Brno
Manpower is IBM’s global partner in supplying workforce solutions, supporting IBM in the recruitment of talented individuals who will join IBM team. We currently recruit for IBM Global Services Delivery Center in Czech Republic, Brno, motivated and experienced candidates to take over the following responsibilities:
Requirements
-German or French language on excellent level
-English language on communicative level
-Excellent communication acquirements
-Very good customer care skills

-Enthusiastic person, willing to work in a team and to learn new things
-Basic IT knowledge - familiar with PC systems as end user
-Ability to work well in multicultural environment

Responsibilities
-Communication with customers (over the phone or email) in their native language (German, French)
-Be available to receive any new calls and to solve customers problems (Answering calls about installation, maintenance and technological support) .
-Escalate queries when required to appropriate personnel (in English language)
-Ensure consistent productivity and quality of service
-Administration connected to statistics and databases
-To be able to learning about IT and to work in IT environment
