Description

Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for an Enterprise Channel Sales Manager, with sales experience in dealing with SMEs and public institutions.

Our Client is a leading global ICT solutions provider in over 140 countries, serving more than one third of the world's population.

Role

Implement enterprise strategy on the Romanian market. Create and grow good business relationship with Romanian system integrators active in Romanian IT&C market and for nurturing business opportunities. Day to day sales support for channel partners and re-sellers to help the channel generate new sales and expand customers’ database.

Responsibilities

-Perform market analysis; formulate market development plans and strategies of enterprise market

-Participate in marketing events and/or industry marketing events with presentations and/or workshops

-Responsible for achieving sales target toward the specific partners, responsible for accounts receivable collection

-Develop business plan and drive lead generation

-Assists resellers with prospecting, sales meetings, presentations and closing sales to final customers

-Regular business review with partners

-Support partner for the related projects

-Establish and manage the cooperation relationship between Huawei and partners

-Train and work with partners

-Support partners in design of marketing campaigns

-Implement marketing campaigns with partners/re-seller

Role requirements

-University Graduate

-5-7 working experience in a similar environment

-Account management know-how and client management skills

-Accuracy and result orientation

-Advanced English skills

-Solution orientated

-Ability to work indepenedently in a dynamic environment

-MS office skills

-Analytical and reporting skills

-Balanced and assertive communication skills

-Team spirit and good communication and interpersonal skillls
