fan curiurul ii destul de ok ca transport.daca nu luam in considerare coletele deteriorate,lovite,sau indoite.
in schimb personalul,cele care raspund la telofoane lasa de dorit.

sunt niste femei acre,ca pe vremea comunistilor.au invatata poezia de acasa si nu ar da o informatie in plus nici in ruptul capului.
de exemplu...eu am cerut un numar de telefon al curierului care se ocupa de calea sagului.
mi s-a raspuns ca este imposibil asa ceva.
si nu vad de ce ?
probabil in ca nu si-a baut cafeau de dimineata respectiva tanti sau alte probleme hormonale sau casnice.
dar...oamenii sunt aceea care doboara imperii.sa nu uitati asta.

deci de ieri astept un colet de la avon de la fan courier ...si astazi l-am sunat pe cel care stiu ca imi aduce de obicei coletul si l-am intrebat daca ajunge in seara asta cu coletul...ca eu maine plec...si el imi raspunde numai daca pot...nu stiu nu mi se pare normal..eu nu sunt din tm....si as vrea si eu sa pot pleca acasa si nu pot ca trebuie sa stau sa imi aduca el coletul

Vi usor sa comentati dar oasre oameni aceia sunt platiti bine ca sa faca servicile cum trebe va-ti intrebat?

Horrible HORRIBLE service. Avoid them like the plague. Ma scuzati ca postezi acest coment in engleza dar sunt atat de furios - no pot sa concentrez. Nu sunt roman si nu stiu romana atat de bine. Sper ca puteti sa ma intelegeti sau folositi google translate dace vreti.

For my own experience, I called the FAN COURIER center in Bucharest on the evening of the 14th of December after I was told the AWB number by the dispatcher (in Cluj) so that I could schedule a delivery time and could be at home when the package came.

They told me that the package was already at the their center in Timisoara. I requested that they should come on the 15th December anytime between 12 and 15 and they confirmed. I got a call from them at 10:30 the next morning while I was in class (so apparently even if their head office confirmed the time, the delivery person couldn't care less)

I asked permission from my professor to go home early so I could be at home for the courier guy at 11:30. I came home, waited till 13 and then called the guy who YELLED at me and was very rude and said "he'd come when he wants to come" and I should stay home till 15 like I told the center.

I stayed home till 17 and he didn't show up.. Got a call from him at 19:30 and he told me he was stuck in traffic and he couldn't make it. He told me he would come today (the 16th Dec) between 12 and 13. Of course, he didn't show up so I called him at 13 and he told me he has given my package to another delivery guy and I should call the center and ask them for the new guy's number.

I called the center in Timisoara and got in touch with the new person who told me he'd be here by 14:30. I'm leaving for Bucharest at 15:45 and I have a flight out of the country tomorrow morning (Going home for the holidays) so if he doesn't show up in the next half an hour, I won't be able to take the presents to my parents, sister and brother-in-law which I had ordered.

These people should be taken to court and stripped off their trading license!

Again.. avoid using Fan courier.. It will save you a lot of trouble.

O firma execrabila care nu este in stare sa gestioneze domeniul de activitate in mod corespunzator. La trimiterea cu ramburs, dureaza nejustificat de mult pana la primirea banilor, care se plimba aiurea prin tara un timp dejustificat de mare. Pe viitor decat sa astept 4 sau 5 zile sa imi primesc banii, voi folosi exclusiv posta romana, care macar are servicii mai ieftine, si pentru care timpul de asteptare este doar ceva mai mare.

Am mai avut probleme cu aceasta firma, la ridicarea unui colet, probleme de comportament si atitudine a angajatilor, fiind unul din multele cazuri raportate, motiv pentru care cei care aveau contracte serioase cu acestia au schimbat firma de curierat cu alta mai serioasa.
