Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for Sales Manager, experienced in maximizing revenue from third party companies campaigns using all sales channels: DM, email, telemarketing. Our Client is a prominent media player on European level.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage a portfolio of agencies and clients to maximise the net revenues from the ad-sales channels (DM, eDM, telemarketing,etc).

-Achieve set sales targets across the portfolio

-Extend existing relationships and build new ones with key agencies at all levels

-Bring in new clients

-Develop new revenue streams and integrated business opportunities to complement the existing business. Follows the implementation together with other departments involved, such as: Marketing and Promo, Lists, Operations, etc.

-Develop new and creative projects for clients to maximize the revenue

-Work with Promo Department to offer copywriting assistance for clients

-Achieve high standards of sales skills, call levels, presentation quality, time management and market knowledge

-Develop reports for the Ad-Sales Director and Company Management to present monthly the sales performance

-Monitor payments and follow-up the payment of the invoices with the clients; work with Accounting to monitor payment performance

-Make sure bad debts are within agreed limits

-Maintain and build the company profile externally and the advertising department both internally and externally

-Manage specific projects if required

-Search for databases and acquire databases according to required customer profile for third party campaigns

-Work with Digital Product Management to ensure accurate reports are sent in time to clients

Candidate Specification:

-At least 2 years experience in advertising online sales

-Very good knowledge of the online and offline advertising industry

-Contacts at agencies and websites/previous work within an agency / website are an advantage

-Very good sales presentation and negotiation skills

-Results focused, follows through to get the sale done

-Customer focus, establish long term business relationships and always keep promises to customers

-Self-starter and entrepreneurial

-Good team skills

-Eager to learn new things and adapt to customer needs; fast learner

Key Dimensions and Success Factors:

-Achievement of sales targets within agreed volume and yield parameters

-Number of new clients

-Payment performance for the clients portfolio

-High presence and awareness of the product and individual within the industry
