Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, a global supplier of paints, coatings and optical products, a Technical Representative - Craiova Location
Requirements:
• University/College degree of chemical engineer;
• Advanced English language (any other language is advantage);
• MS Office knowledge;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Proactivity, Tenacity;
• Willingness to travel for trainings across Eastern Europe
• Multicultural skills;
• Knowledge of the automotive market is an advantage.
Tasks:
• Active involvement in the company's Graduate Program;
• Ensure that all the safety requirements and ethical standards are met at all times ;
• Participate in the regular review of process parameters/conditions ;
• Participate in monitoring vehicles and process equipment at key stages of paint process;
• Ensure that any concerns raised by operators are investigated on a dynamic and proactive basis;
• Implement communication links/visits to Inspection area, feedback performance to operators on a regular basis;
• Provide regular performance update to Supervisor and to the Partner;
• Participate in organizing line trials according to requirement, monitor and report the performance;
• Undertake regular process reviews to investigate potential quality improvements and cost saving benefits.
